BMW of Allentown Service Center

From the moment I dropped off my BMW X5, the service experience was exceptional. The service advisor communicated clearly throughout the process, provided timely updates, and ensured the work was completed as promised. The vehicle was returned clean and on schedule. I genuinely felt like a valued customer rather than just another appointment on the calendar. This is exactly the kind of ownership experience that reinforces confidence in the BMW brand. I will absolutely return for future service and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to fellow BMW owners.

My experience at BMW of Allentown has been a great one. I have been getting my vehicle serviced there for a couple of years now and I must admit that I’ve been treated like their #1 customer every single time. This last service ( Easter weekend ) made me feel like I got the V I P treatment. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday ( in the am ) before work, got it serviced but forgot to let Lisa ( service manager ) know what time I was going to pick up my vehicle. I got to the dealership after hours when the service department had already gone for the day. The only sales rep that was there was not expecting anyone at that time but made a few calls ( most likely to the service mngr ) and was able to get my vehicle back to me in time for the Easter Holiday with no problem.. I feel like if I would have brung my vehicle to any other dealership, I would have been stuck waiting until the next business day to get my vehicle back (which would have been my own fault). Thanks Again Guys! I appreciate you!!

Recently had my BMW serviced and had an excellent experience. The service advisor and technician were extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain the critical nature of the flex disc repair and why it was important to address it promptly. I really appreciated their transparency and detailed walkthrough of the work being performed. They also went above and beyond by adding an additional discount to the overall bill, which made a big difference. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise, honest communication, and customer-focused service so well.

Good service. Fixed the starter recall problem on the X7 and recalibrated the 3rd row seat, all no charge. Also did a recommended transfer case fluid flush and refill. Only four stars because I asked if the transfer case was previously serviced and was told no evidence. Told Allentown that Devon might have done the service on it and they said they would look into it. Turns out Deven did the transfer case service 1.5 years ago. I found this out later as the vehicle is new to me. Not sure the recommendation for transfer case service but it seemed too much. Records are important and I just did not have them at the time. Lesson learned. Good service and a nice complimentary wash and Uber ride. Will return for other service in the future.
